This is a volunteer non board member role. Primary role will be to draft Board meeting minutes, manage the review and approval of minutes and track board to do’s and ensure completion. Set up and distribute zoom links for all board meetings using the organization account. Reports to the Chair/Vice Chair. Estimated time commitment is 3 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take formal board meeting minutes
• Ensure all board meeting minutes are reviewed by WCF Secretary/Legal Lead and Chair. Ensure all changes are incorporated.
• Distribute updated minutes to all board members 1 week prior to the upcoming board meeting (leverage organization google drive for storage of all documents)
• Track and provide updates to action items defined at the board meetings.
• Ensure minutes includes all required elements (use past minutes for format/required content)
• Set up Zoom link and provide to all board members a few days prior to board meeting
• Run Zoom call in all board meetings to ensure everyone can see presentations
• Provide structure to track board member hours and volunteers that are non pillar related. Ensure they are captured and updated monthly with a repository on the organization google drive.
