Event Support Coordinator

This is a volunteer non board member role. Responsible to lead set up of table/tent chairs etc for all events not specifically run by the pillar. Responsible to manage supply/storage facility, help alert when supplies and running low or damaged. Take the lead to order any new supplies needed. This position reports to the Marketing Director. Estimated time commitment is 5 to 10 hours per month with more of these hours expected in the summer/warmer seasons.
Key Activities:
• Work with board member(s) to plan and coordinate necessary site set up and break down at events. For example, ensure table, chairs, tent, banners, brochures are available prior to the event and returned to the storage area following the event.
• Take pictures of events and store them on the organization google drive
• Keep storage unit organized
• Alert key board members if various supplies run low or if equipment gets broken. Help coordinate the purchase of replacement supplies.
