Peter Foss is a leadership and management consultant at Strategic Leadership Partners LLC. He is passionate about the complexity of business, confronting the brutal FACTS, creating a clear DIRECTION, executing with passion, driving ACCOUNTABILITY, and having leadership align for RESULTS.

Peter Foss grew up on a textile factory in Denmark. When he was 10 years old, he started his first company. He has been responsible for P&L of companies in Denmark, USA, Europe, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia and travelled more than 5 million miles during his career. His 7 years of working with Stephen Covey has impacted many organizations and individuals for good. He has held positions of General Manager, VP, SR. VP, Area President, Regional President, President, CEO and been on the Board of Directors of several organizations.

As an Adj. Professor at three universities Peter has given back to the next generation as he taught executive MBA students Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Operational Excellence and Strategy. At Utah State University he was recognized as professor of the year.

Peter and his wife, Serida went on their honeymoon in 1975 to Heber Valley and has returned for good in 2022 as they build their Scandinavian house in Heber.
