This person would be a volunteer board member focused in technology and organization processes. Ensuring good mgt of our systems today and planning for needs for future. Create and manage a team to ensure efficiency of and use of technology and organization processes. Own the documented business processes, ensuring we comply with all written processes and/or update processes. Current systems in use: Neon CRM System, QuickBooks, Google mail/Google Drive. Leverage Google, Website development and hosting services. Estimated time commitment is 10 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive execution of technology solutions/plan for WCF for today and into the future.
- Organize and provide leadership re Google Drive
- Manage changes to Google Drive email/Google Drive access
- Lead new board member onboard/system access
- Annual review of organization procedures and ensure compliance
- System password management for WCF accounts.
- Participate and engage in various WCF activities as a board member
- Participate in monthly board meetings
- Manage the CRM technical lead and other team members
