MISSION
We bring people together to promote health education, health services, and healthy living in Wasatch County. By working closely with community partners, service agencies, and healthcare organizations, WCF helps fill gaps in funding and services to improve
community well-being.
CURRENT INITIATIVES
Community Health & Well-Being
- Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner: A celebration fostering belonging and connection.
- Annual Safe Kids Fair: Promoting child safety education in the community.
- Dinner in the Park: Encouraging social and physical well-being through shared meals.
- Hero’s Banquet: Honoring those who serve and protect our community.
- Unplugged Program: Encouraging families to disconnect from screens and engage in active living.
- School-Based Telehealth Services: Expanding healthcare access for students.
- Issues Conference: Addressing key health and wellness topics in Wasatch County.
- Support for Wasatch Latino Coalition: Strengthening healthcare access and education for Latino families.
Children’s Health & Wellness
- Annual Children’s Health Clinic: Free health, dental, vision, and hearing screenings for kids, plus vaccinations for uninsured children (K-8).
- Healthy School Awards Program: Recognizing schools for outstanding lunch programs and
providing PE equipment grants.

Sidewalks, Crosswalks & Safety Measures: Enhancing walkability and bike access for schoolchildren.
Wasatch County Recreation Center: Expanding fitness and recreation opportunities.
Dialysis Center at Heber Valley Hospital: Providing life-saving kidney care.
Women’s Diagnostic Center at Heber Valley Hospital: Improving women’s health services.
Spanish-Speaking Mental Health Care: Increasing access to culturally competent mental
health services.
Support for Friends of Wasatch EMS: Strengthening emergency medical response in our
community.
