The group offers a wide range of workshops and events focused on emergency preparedness, self-sufficient living skills—such as food production, water management, alternative energy, and financial resilience—and community building activities designed to empower individuals and families to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and self-reliance. Wasatch Community Foundation is proud to partner with the Heber Valley Self Reliance Group, supporting its efforts to cultivate a more prepared, connected, and capable community by helping bring resources, sponsorship, and visibility to the group’s initiatives and events, including self-reliance fairs and hands-on skill-building projects.
