Tori Broughton is the Recreation Pillar Chair for the Wasatch Community Foundation and has a lifelong connection to outdoor recreation and the communities built around it. She values the access, beauty, and sense of place the Heber Valley offers.
Tori grew up on a ranch in western Colorado and first fell in love with Heber Valley while visiting to compete in rodeos. After living in several small mountain towns across the West, she eventually made Heber home. While her early years revolved around horses, her adult passion became mountain biking—an interest that naturally led to a 20-year career in the bicycle industry.
Deeply engaged in civic life, Tori is committed to strengthening recreation opportunities that are accessible, inclusive, and community-driven. Her work is rooted in a genuine love for this valley and a belief that recreation plays a vital role in the health, identity, and future of Wasatch County.
