Michael Moulton is a lifelong Heber Valley resident whose professional and community contributions stretch across more than four decades. Raised in a family that owned and operated Moulton Machinery Company, he began working in the shop at age 10 and eventually held every role—from mechanic and salesman to President of the Corporation. Under his leadership, the company grew to roughly $5 million in annual sales and employed about 25 people during peak seasons.

After the company’s closure in 2001, Moulton transitioned to facilities management for the Heber Valley Camp, an 8,600‑acre LDS Church property east of Heber City. He later served in Salt Lake City as a Facilities Manager for Church Headquarters, helping oversee major buildings including the Church History Library, Family History Library, Church Museum, and Granite Mountain Vaults.

Moulton is also a founding figure in local heritage preservation. He serves as CEO of the Heber Valley Heritage Foundation, where he contributes his business and facilities‑management expertise to historic preservation, cultural stewardship, and community‑history initiatives.

Alongside his wife Ann, they serve as JustServe Specialists for Wasatch and Summit Counties.
