Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Each November, WCF sponsors a Thanksgiving Dinner for the community with the goal of fostering community connectedness and combating isolation. A nationwide study confirms that isolation is linked to various health issues that can lead to chronic conditions and metal health issues. WCF funds the purchase of food and decorations for this important community event providing up to 500 well-balanced meals. All are invited, and free tickets are available to those in need.

Heber Valley Self-Reliance Group Fund

Wasatch Community Foundation is supporting Heber Valley Self-Reliance Group, as they work to cultivate community self-reliance through education and support. Donations help with supplies and training for families in Heber Valley.

Area Food Drive

Support local families that struggle with food insecurity. We provide cash and in-kind donations to food pantries in Wasatch County, including CCPC, Community Action, and Wasatch High School. Donations to this fund are used to purchase items needed at these local pantries, and supports additional food-related programs such as the Weekend Backpack Program, and the Christmas Food Bag Program.
